Purchasing
Can I order product and apparel samples?
Yes! Samples can be requested through the store Contact Form. Samples are available for pickup at Outreach Promos and should be returned back to Outreach Promos within 15 days of receipt.
What does the pricing on the store include?
Pricing on the store includes one location embroidery (as displayed on the store mockup) of one of the approved City of Westerville logos shown here.
Am I able to sort or search products on the stores?
No, there is not a search bar or sort feature. The shops are organized by categories, which you will see listed across the top of each shop. Select the category from which you wish to shop, then browse the approved products within that category.
How can I determine what size I need?
Visit the Product Spec Sheet tab of cityofwesterville.brandstores.shop. Select the store from which you are shopping, then search for the apparel spec sheet that coordinates with the item you are interested in purchasing. Sizing varies by product and brand, so be sure to review the spec sheet for all items you are purchasing.
I want to order screen-printed t-shirts for an event, sporting team, initiative, etc. Can I use the store for this?
Yes, you can use the store – there are several blank t-shirt options on the Parks & Recreation shop. However, you will not see pricing listed. Silkscreen shirt pricing is determined by both the quantity of shirts and the specifics of your artwork. Place an order on the shop for the shirt you would like, then include more details about your order in the Comments box at checkout. We will get in touch with you to work one-on-one on the details of your order.
What is the minimum order quantity for bulk silkscreen apparel?
While there is no limitation on quantity, the typical minimum order quantity is 12 pieces, but don’t let that deter you from placing an order. Please reach out to us if you have an inquiry. Our team will help you find the most efficient and cost-effective options. This could include direct-to-garment or heat transfer printing.
I would like to place an order for an item(s) in bulk. What should I do?
If you would like to place a bulk order for items you see on the store, please complete the Contact Form on the store, explaining the nature of your project. Be sure to include as many details as possible; e.g. item or items you would like to order, the quantity, imprint details, and your in-hand date if for a special event or travel. Someone from our team will be in touch to confirm details and provide discounted bulk pricing.
Checkout
What should I enter for Billing Information at checkout?
During the Checkout portion on the stores, you will be prompted to enter your billing information. The billing contact will always default to City of Westerville. For the billing address, you can either select City of Westerville (if you have a PO) or Credit Card Billing (if paying for the order yourself.) If paying for the order yourself, you will receive a Deposit Invoice for payment within one business day of placing the order.
Where can I have my order shipped?
During the Checkout portion of the stores, you can select to either pick up your order from the Outreach Promos office (214 Hoff Road, Unit J, Westerville OH 43082) or to have it delivered to a City of Westerville Department. The address entered should NOT be your personal home address.
I placed my order, but it didn’t ask for my credit card info. How do I pay?
Once your order is placed, we will review the details and confirm stock of the items you ordered. If you entered a PO number at checkout, we will process once we confirm the PO has been received. If you are paying with a credit card, you will receive a Deposit Invoice via email within one business day. Payment will need to be completed before your order can be processed. If you do not receive an email with payment instructions from Outreach Promos within one business day, please complete the Contact Form on your store site.
Pickup/Delivery
When my order is complete, how do I get it?
You can select to either pick up your order from the Outreach Promos office (214 Hoff Road, Unit J, Westerville OH 43082) or to have it delivered to a City of Westerville Department. Orders cannot be shipped to your personal home address.
